摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定川芎药材中阿魏酸和藁本内酯的方法。方法:采用Dikma Kromasil C18(250nm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇.0.1%冰醋酸水溶液(65:35);流速1.0mL·min^-1。;检测波长:320nm;柱温30℃。结果:川芎药材中2种成分得到良好的分离,阿魏酸在0.032~0.3179μg围内,纂本内酯在0.244~2.44μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.4%和98.8%。结论:本方法简便,准确,重复性好,为多组分评价川芎药材质量提供了可靠的分析方法。Objective: To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the content of ferulic acid and ligustilide in Chuanxiong. Method: The analysis was performed an a Kromasil C18 (250 nm×4.6 mm,5μm) column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1%glacial acetic acid(65:35).The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1. The detection wavelength was 320 nm and column temperature was 30℃. Result: The ferulic acid and ligustilide was separated perfectively. The standard curve was liner within the concentration range of 0.032μg~0.3179μg for ferulic acid and 0.244μg -2.4 μg for ligustilide. The recovery was 98.4% for ferulic acid and 98.8% for ligustilide, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Chuanxiong.
