基于第三方物流的VMI模式构建研究——以电子制造企业为例

摘　　要：供应商管理库存是当前一种有效的基于供应链管理的库存控制手段,能够降低供应链整体库存水平,提高供货速度,对整个供应链和下游企业效益的提高比较明显。本文分析了国内外供应商管理库存和第三方物流研究现状,指出第三方物流参与VMI实施的动因和第三方物流参与VMI实施的优势。在此基础上,以电子制造企业为例构建了基于第三方物流的VMI模式,详细描述了电子制造企业实施VMI的运作流程与保障。研究结论证明,基于第三方物流的供应商管理库存模式对降低供应链物流成本、提高供应链运作效率都起到了积极作用。Vendor Managed Inventory is currently an effective supply chain management based on inventory control methods to reduce overall supply chain inventory levels, improve delivery speed, and significantly improve the entire supply chain and the efficiency of downstream enterprises. This article first analyzes the background and current situation of the research on the third party logistics and domestic and international vendor managed inven-tory. Secondly, the paper introduces the motivation and advantages in implementing VMI. On this basis, the article builds a VMI model based on third-party logistics by using electronic manufacturing companies as an example, and describes the operation and the implementation of electronic manufacturing enterprises＆#39; VMI protection. This study concludes that the model has played a positive role in reducing supply chain logistics costs and improving the effi-ciency of supply chain operations.
