摘　　要：基于D51Y-160E型液压手动辗环机,设计了D51KY-160E立式数控辗环机,主要介绍了立式数控辗环机控制系统硬、软件构成,重点分析PLC的I/O口分配及程序编写。根据大批量产品试验表明,该设备自动控制系统满足了生产需要,提高了产品加工精度和加工效率。A vertical CNC ring rolling machine D51KY -160E is designed based on hydraulic manual ring rolling ma-chine D51Y -160E.The hardware and software architecture of control system are mainly introduced,and the I /O dis-tribution and programs for PLC are emphatically analyzed.The mass product tests indicate that the automatic control system of equipment meets the need of production and improves processing precision and efficiency of products.
