摘 要:结合双行星齿轮传动系统结构较为复杂的特点,用矩阵算法对双行星齿轮进行运动学分析。将双行星齿轮传动系统的运动参数方程矩阵化,利用计算机软件matlab对其矩阵方程进行求解,得到双行星齿轮传动系统各构件的运动参数。根据双行星齿轮的结构,运用三维设计软件Inventor建立零部件虚拟模型并装配,然后进行仿真,最终得到各构件的仿真参数。仿真结果与计算结果一致,验证了计算结果的正确性。此方法简化计算过程,节省时间,提高准确性,对于此类双行星齿轮传动的复杂系统的处理具有明显的优越性。Combined with the complicated structure of double planetary gear transmission system, kinematics analysis is carried out on it by using matrix algorithm. It makes the parameter equation of double planetary gear transmission system matrixing, then uses computer software matlab to solve the matrix equation, at last can get the motion parameters of members of the double planetary gear transmission system. According to the structure of double planetary gear, it uses three-dimension design software Inventor to build the virtual components and assembles them, then simulates. Eventually it gets the simulation parameters of eavh component. The simulated results are consistent with the calculated results, and the calculated results are proved to be correct. This method can simplify the calculation process, save time, increase accuracy, and also has obvious advantages for this kind of double planetary gear transmission of the processing of complex system.
