摘 要:为了加工具有复杂结构的弹簧零件,设计了一种具有开放式体系结构的多轴联动自动卷簧机数控系统。为了提高系统的运行速度、稳定性和实时性,采用了前后台的软件结构分别完成实时性和非实时性任务。为了实现上位机和运动控制器的成功通信,提出了在LabVIEW中利用ActiveX自动化技术的方法,确定了系统由前台实时控制程序、后台管理程序、通信驱动程序和PLC程序等部分组成。开发出了自动卷簧机四轴联动数控系统,并通过该系统进行了单头尖弹簧的加工实验。实验结果表明:该系统稳定可靠,具有一定的开放性,人机界面友好,能够满足自动卷簧机系统的控制要求。To process geometrically complex spring parts, a new kind of multi-axis Computer Numerical Control(CNC ) system with open architecture for an automatic spring coiling machine was designed. To improve the running efficiency, stability and real-time performance of the system, the software structure of foreground and background was proposed to realize real-time task and time -sharing task separately. The design methods for realizing the communication of the upper computer and movement controller by ActiveX technology based on LabVIEW was introduced. The CNC system was composed of real-time control program, background management program, communication drive program and PLC prograrn. Four-axis linkage CNC system of automatic spring coiling machine was developed and the single-head tip spring processing experiment was carried out through the system. The experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable with good open architecture and friendly man-machine interface. So it can meet the control requirements of automatic spring coiling machine system.
