摘 要:目前不少石油化工企业所炼原油属高酸值低硫原油,密度和粘度大,各项腐蚀因素随原油开采深度和难度的增加呈上升趋势。恶劣的原油性质大大加剧设备腐蚀,严重影响装置长周期平稳运行。加强设备防腐蚀,应在投入力度、不同腐蚀类型的防护措施、新耐蚀技术应用等方面加强。分析了某石化企业的高酸值低硫原油炼制,提出采用"高温部位加强材质升级,低温部位加强工艺防腐,辅以防腐新技术应用"的防腐技术思路,探讨有效控制设备腐蚀破坏,同时降低防腐成本、提升经济效益和社会效益的方法与措施。Nowadays the crude oilthat need berefined inmany petrochemical enterprisesishigh acid and low sulfur oil, which has large density and viscosity. Corrosion factors are diversified dueto increasingofmining depth and difficulty. Bad characters of the crude oil aggravate equipment corrosion and cause severe effect to the long-term smooth operation ofthedevices. In order to enhance equipment anticorrosion, investment, protective measures for varied corrosion types and application of new anticorrosive technology should be strengthened. In this paper, refining of high acid and low sulfur crude oilina petrochemical enterprisewasanalyzed, and an anticorrosion technical idea of“enhancematerial upgrading at high temperature parts, strengthen process anticorrosion at low temperature parts, assisted with new anticorrosion technology application”wasproposed. Methods and measurestoeffectivelycontrol equipment corrosion damage, reduceanticorrosion cost, improve economic benefits and social efficiencywerealso discussed.
