摘　　要：高校"三困生"是一类特殊群体。通过对典型案例分析,提出辅导员帮助"三困生"脱困的四点建议:开展精细化管理与服务工作、加强心理困难生的引导和教育、完善贫困生资助管理和求助体系、建立科学有效学业困难生的激励措施。Students with ＂Three Difficulties＂ is a special group in universities. The research making four suggestions to help the students with ＂Three Difficulties＂： Meticulous Management of the college students, strengthening the mental health education of the Psychological Difficulties students, improving the management of the subsidization for the Poverty-Stricken students, implementing scientific and effective incentive measures for the Academic Difficulties students
