摘　　要：运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法及公共排球教学经验,通过对十堰市高职高专进行调查,对其公共排球教学现状进行分析研究,认为管理层的因素、教师因素、排球运动本身技术特点因素和学生自身因素影响了高职高专公共排球教学效果,针对问题提出相关对策.This paper has made a survey of volleyball teaching in higher vocational colleges in Shiyan City by way of literature,investigation,statistics and teaching experience,studied the teaching situation and concluded that the management,teacher,the sports and the students’ quality will influence the teaching effect.The paper has also proposed the countermeasures.
