定性定量分析下的十堰市酒店员工培训效果评估体系研究

摘　　要：员工培训是酒店内一项关键性的工作,可以有效提高酒店整体员工的综合素质,为顾客提供优质化服务,增强酒店企业市场竞争力。对员工培训效果的评估,应当采用科学合理的方法。从十堰市酒店员工培训现状分析得出量化数据,分类汇总后作出定性结论。在酒店员工培训评估中建立数据模型,并采用定量评估法对评估数据进行量化,得出最后的定性结论。Staff training,one of hotel key works can improve the comprehensive quality of the hotel so as to provide satisfied service to the guests and improve its competition.As to staff training,we should adopt rational and scientific method.Based on the objective analysis of Shiyan hotel training,quantitative data has been obtained,classified and the conclusion has been made.To set up a data model in staff training evaluation and do quantitative treatment of the evaluation data in the way of quantitative evaluation,and the conclusion has been made.
