A Study of Factors Influencing the Innovative Ability of Graduate Students

摘　　要：以北京某大学应届硕士生为调查样本,对研究生创新能力影响因素进行实证分析,结果表明:导师职衔、年龄都与学生创新能力提高显著相关;学生本科毕业学校与学生创新能力提高显著相关;"学术环境、课程内容够用性"、"课程广度、深度、教学方式启发性"与学生创新能力提高显著相关。An empirical study is performed by surveying master＇s students of a Beijing university to investigate the factors influencing their innovative ability. Findings show that three main factors are significantly correlated to students＇ innovative ability, namely, 1 ） the professional achievements and age of supervisors, 2） universities where students had their undergraduate studies, and 3） the academic environment, sufficiency of the curriculum, and scope, depth and inspiration of instruction.
