摘　　要：本文从集团公司战略管理的需要出发,对公司战略管理过程中因环境和公司内部的变化对公司业绩和战略目标实现有重要影响的风险因素进行分析,结合集团公司经营管理的特点,提出了辨识、评估经营战略风险的方法,并对集团公司如何建立有效的战略风险控制机制进行了探讨。Proceedfromneedofstrategicmanagementofgroupcorporationthepaperanalysestheriskfactorsin-fluencingthegroupcorporation'sachievementsandstrategicgoalsduetothechangeoftheinternalandexternalenvironmentsduringthecorporationstrategicmanagement.Itpointsoutthemethodofidentifyingandevaluatingthestrategicoperationriskinthelightofthespecificfeatureofgroupcorporationriskmanagementanddiscussestheestablishmentoftheeffectiveriskcontrolmechanismingroupcorporation.
