摘　　要：对心理咨询工作核心能力的探讨有助于促进我国心理咨询从业人员发展和咨询行业规范化。研究者和相关专业机构提出了心理咨询工作核心能力的结构模型,包括房状模型、三维立方体模型、派克峰模型、伞状模型、四因素模型等。研究者开发了大量测量工具,主要包括专家评估和来访者评估两种测评方式。未来的研究还需进一步探讨不同类型咨询师的共性与特性,开发全面测量咨询师工作核心能力的工具,采取多种咨询能力测评方式综合测评咨询工作核心能力。The research on the kernel capacity of counseling will contribute to the development of counselor and mental health service system. Researchers and professional organizations have proposed many conceptual frameworks of kernel capacity of counseling,such as Competence Architecture Model,Cube Model,Pikes Peak Model,Umbrella Model,and Multi-factor Models,and also developed many assessments,which included two major types: expert-rating and client-rating. In future,researchers need further exploration about the commonness and specialty of different types of counselors,and should develop measurements which can evaluate kernel capacity of counseling comprehensively,and integrate various measuring systems.
