摘　　要："十三五"是辽宁实现全面小康目标和老工业基地再振兴的冲刺期,也是全面深化综合改革的攻坚期。对照教育规划《纲要》确定的目标,深刻分析面临的新形势、新挑战,全省应在全面推进教育现代化进程、全面推进终身教育体系建设、全面提升教育服务辽宁再振兴战略的能力、全面加强教育公共服务体系建设、全面深化教育综合改革和全面提高教育国际化水平等方面做好战略任务设计与实施工作。The period of 13th Five Year Plan is a phrase of the sprint for the full realization of overall well- off society and also a hard time of deepening comprehensive reform for Liaoning province. According to the goals set in Liaoning Educational Plan for the Next Decade,analyzing profoundly new situations and challenges we are facing,we should make good arrangements for the design of strategic tasks and its implement in six fields, including promoting the course of education modernization,the construction of continuing education system,the capacity of serving the strategy of rejuvenation of Northeast old industry base of Liaoning,strengthening the construction of public education service system, deepening the comprehensive education reform and improving the level of education internationalization.
