摘　　要：大学生的学习自由权主要包括大学生选择学校、选择专业、选择课程、选择教师等几个方面的自由权利。大学生的学习自由需要从法律、制度和观念三个方面着手进行保障,相应策略有:一是规范高校与学生的法律关系;二是改革大学的课程与教学管理制度;三是推动大学和师生的观念转变。College students＇ freedom of learning mainly includes the students＇ freedom on choosing a college to enroll, choosing a major to learn, selecting the interesting courses, and choosing the classroom teachers. Approaches to promote college students＇ learning freedom are as follows. At first, the legal relationship between college and students shall be specified. Secondly,the curricula and teaching management system need to be reformed in universities. Thirdly,efforts shall be made to transform the thoughts of universities ,teachers and students.
