摘　　要：教育信息化的主旨在于全面深入地运用现代信息技术来促进教育改革与发展,其技术特点是数字化、网络化、智能化和多媒体化,基本特征是开放、共享、交互、协作。高等教育信息化的发展,使教育形式和学习方式产生重大变革。该课题通过对过去十年高等教育信息化的调查总结,从"怎么看"到"怎么办",认为未来十年高等教育信息化的发展,需要梳理十大重要关系,逐步突破发展瓶颈,主动排除各种干扰,合理疏导和化解矛盾,从而实现稳妥有效推进。The core of education informatization is the comprehensive use of modern information technology to promote education reform and development. Its technical characteristics is the digital, networked, intelligent and multimedia, and its basic characteristic is open, sharing, interaction and collaboration. With the aid of education informationization to promote education modernization, using information technology to change traditional education teaching mode, this is the fundamental goal of education informationization. The development of higher education informatization has brought the significant changes to education forms and leaming styles. This topic analyses the ten major problems of higher education at present, which purpose is to reasonable guidance and resolve conflicts, and safety effectively promote the higher education informatization.
