应用型创新人才之概念解析

摘　　要：从导火索和深层原因两方面分析了"应用型创新人才"概念之缘起,并采用逻辑学中的"种加属差"法对其内涵进行解读,指出"应用型创新人才"意指在这个富于个性和变革的时况下,在各行各业的产业化升级和更新中能够起到生力军的作用,从而为推动整个社会转型顺利实现做出突破性贡献的杰出人物,多元交叉的知识结构、精深的技术能力、强烈的社会责任感、富于批判精神和多元创新的研究意识应是其基本的素质表征,提出要坚持从人文情怀的视角去培养应用型创新人才。在此基础上作者就应用型创新人才现在培养的不足和未来发展谈了几点思考。After analyzing its origin in terms of its trigger and deep causes and interpreting its connotation with the differential weight method,the present article points out that the application-oriented innovative talent is the outstanding talent who contributes much to the smooth economic transition of the whole society by playing an important role in reconstructing and upgrading industries in this distinctive period of reform and that the basic qualities of these talents include a plural knowledge structure,consummate skills,a strong sense of social responsibility,critical thinking,and multiple research awareness.It also suggests that such talents should be cultivated from the perspective of humanism.Finally,it offers the authors’ reflections on the problems existing in personnel training and the development of future.
