摘　　要：目的:探讨骨韧带样纤维瘤的临床及影像学表现。方法:分析5例经手术及病理证实的骨韧带样纤维瘤患者的CT、MRI表现。结果:5例患者,3例呈膨胀性改变,2例呈溶骨性改变伴软组织肿块形成,病变区信号不均匀,增强呈环形强化。结论:骨韧带样瘤是一种罕见骨肿瘤,在CT、MRI没有特征性表现,诊断须密切结合临床表现及病理改变,注意与其它骨肿瘤进行鉴别。Objective：To research the clinical imaging manifestation of desmoid tumor of bone. Methods：Computed tomography （CT） and magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） manifestations of five defined patients with desmoid tumor of bone were analyzed. Results： The five samples all showed uneven area signals and enhanced annular enhancement, three showed expansibility change, and two showed osteolytic change with soft tissue masses. Conclusions： Desmoid tumor of bone is a kind of rare bone tumor and has no characteristic CT and MRI manifestations. Therefore, the diagnosis of desmoid tumor of bone should combine the clinical manifestation with pathological change in order to be distinguished with other bone tumors.
