摘  要:目的分析脑出血单病种住院费用的构成及影响因素,提出控制单病种住院费用不合理增长的措施和建议。方法以衡阳市1所三级甲等医院2012-2013年442例脑出血住院患者的费用数据为样本,建立神经网络模型分析住院费用影响因素的敏感度,并对影响人均住院费用的重要因素进行单因素方差分析(one-way ANOVA)。结果影响脑出血患者住院费用的主要因素的为住院天数(0.519)、是否手术(0.167)、年龄组(0.123)和付费类型(0.073)。结论通过政策、技术等多种方式的综合运用才能有效地降低药费和缩短住院天数,并最终控制单病种住院费用的不合理增长。Objective To Analysis the structure and influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of single disease of cerebral hemorrhage, and puts forward the control measures and suggestions for irrational increase of medi- cal expense of single disease. Method Data of 442 eases of cerebral hemorrhage patients costs as a sample were re- trieved from a class-three hospital during 2012 and 2013 in Hengyang. The influencing factors of hospitalization ex- penses of sensitivity and the average hospitalization expenses distribution in each important factor were analyzed by the neural network model and single factor analysis. Result The main factors affecting cerebral hemorrhage patients' hospitalization expenses includes hospital day ( 0.519 ), the operation (0. 167 ), age group ( 0. 123 ) and payment type (0.073). Conclusion Through the integrated use of policy, technology and other means to effectively reduce costs and shorten the hospitalization days, and ultimately control the unreasonable growth of inpatient expenses of sin- gle disease.
