摘　　要：大学学报编辑所处的学术文化氛围、财政供养状态和高素质人群的独特特征,是使其成为有别于其他类型编辑的根源。着眼于学术、文化、教育、责任等职业素养的关联需求,导致了大学学报编辑除了基本的职责需要完成外,他们还以公益型为标志,以刊物为阵地,充分促使提升自身学术素养与学者研究共鸣,实现学术争鸣、文化传承、教育发展的有机结合。The academic and cultural atmosphere,the financial support and the unique characteristics of high-quality mass are the origin that makes the journal editors of colleges and universities differ from other types of editors.Because of their focus on the relative demands of professional quality including academy,culture,education and responsibility,the journal editors of colleges and universities can＇t just finish their basic obligations.They should take non-profiting as the symbol,take journals as the front and promote their own academic quality fully in order to achieve the organic combination of academic argument,cultural inheriting and educational development.
