摘 要:目的探讨低剂量CT在健康体检者中的应用价值。方法将该院2010-2013年进行头颅CT平扫的健康体检者361例随机分成两组,分别给予头部常规剂量扫描方式和头部低剂量扫描方式进行头部轴位扫描。比较两种检查方法对疾病的检出率。结果常规剂量扫描方式检出颅脑血管畸形1例,腔隙性脑梗死3例,脑白质脱髓鞘改变2例,颅脑疾病检出率为3.045 6%。低剂量扫描方式检出颅脑肿瘤1例,腔隙性脑梗死2例,蛛网膜囊肿1例,脑白质脱髓鞘改变1例,颅脑疾病检出率为3.048 7%。两种方式的颅脑疾病检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);低剂量扫描方式受照放射剂量(容积CT剂量指数、剂量长度乘积)较常规剂量扫描方式降低25%。结论采用低剂量头颅CT扫描方法对健康体检者进行颅脑疾病的筛查,具有一定临床实用价值。Objective To investigate the application value of low-dose head CT in the healthy examination.Methods 361 cases of healthy examination and conducting brain CT scan in our hospital from 2010 to 2013were divided into the two groups at random.Then the axial scan on head in these two groups was performed by the routine scanning mode and the low-dose scanning respectively.The disease detection rates were compared between these two examination methods.Results In the routine dose scanning group,1case of brain vascular malformation,3cases of lacunar infarction and 2cases of demyelination changes in white matter of brain were detected.The detection rate of brain diseases was 3.045 6%.In the low-dose scanning group,1case of intracranial tumor,2cases of lacunar infarction,1case of arachnoid cyst and 1case of demyelination changes in white matter of brain were detected.The detection rate of brain diseases was 3.048 7%.There was no statistically significant difference in the disease detection rates between these two groups.The radiological dose(volume CT dose index,dose-length product)of the low-dose scanning group was reduced by 25%than the routine dose scanning group.Conclusion Adopting the low-dose head CT scanning for screening the craniocerebral diseases in the healthy examination has certain clinical practical value.
