氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙美学修复中的应用效果及其相关影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙美学修复中的应用效果及其相关影响因素。方法对86例(96颗)前牙缺失或缺损的患者使用氧化锆全瓷冠修复,评价患者及医生两者对修复的综合满意度,考察不同操作人员及预备体颜色对修复效果的影响,比较不同修复体位置的崩瓷率。结果患者及医生两者对修复的综合满意度较高;不同操作人员由于操作技术的熟练程度不同导致前牙美容修复的颜色优秀率有统计学差异(P<0.05);预备体颜色对牙体修复效果的影响不大(P>0.05);前磨牙损伤采用氧化锆全瓷冠修复崩瓷率高于前牙,且两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙美学修复的效果较好,但操作人员的技术水平及前牙修复体位置可对美学修复效果产生一定的影响。临床医师要深入研究氧化锆全瓷冠材料,掌握修复技巧,以取得更好的修复效果。Objective To explore the effect and related factors of zirconia crowns dental aesthetic restoration for the former teeth.Methods 86patients（96teeth）with anterior or defects were treated by zirconia all-ceramic crowns.The comprehensive satisfaction of restoration of patients and physician were both evaluated.The effects of different operators and body color of the restorative were examized.The rate of collapse of porcelain restorations of different positions was compared.Results The comprehensive satisfaction of restoration of patients and physician were well.Different operators had significantly difference effect for the dental aesthetic restoration（P〉0.05）.The body color of the restorative had no effect for the dental aesthetic restoration（P〉0.05）.The collapse rate of porcelain restorations of premolar damage was higher than that of the anterior teeth（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The zirconia crowns dental aesthetic restoration for the former teeth is good.While the technical level of the operator and the former dental prosthesis position could have some impact on the aesthetic restoration effect.The Clinicians should thoroughly study to master the skill of zirconia all-ceramic crowns,is as to get better repair effect.
