摘　　要：飞秒激光角膜屈光手术的安全有效性已被临床所证实。但仍然建议理性开展飞秒激光角膜屈光手术,合理掌握适应证。本文就如何合理选择适应证做一阐述,目的在于防范其相关并发症,减少医疗隐患。Although the femtosecond assisted corneal refractive surgery has been demonstrated to be a safe and effective meth- od,it is still recommended to rationally perform the surgery and reasonably grasp its indications. This article describes how to properly select the indications in order to prevent the relative complications and eliminate the medical accidents.
