晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体/散光性后房型人工晶状体术矫正高度近视的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体(implantable contact lens,ICL)/散光性后房型人工晶状体(TICL)植入术矫正高度近视的有效性及安全性。方法收集在我院行ICL/TICL植入术的患者77例(153只眼),在术后第1天、1周、1月、3月和6月时行视力、裂隙灯显微镜、眼底镜和眼压检查,术后1个月加做客观检影验光。对比术前最佳矫正视力及术后裸眼视力的差异。结果 153只眼均成功植入了ICL/TICL,术后144只眼(94.12%)未发现明显的并发症。术后1周时,153眼的裸眼视力为0.83±0.15,术前矫正视力与术后裸眼视力比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ICL/TICL植入手术治疗高度/超高度近视,是目前对于该类患者有效且安全的治疗方案。Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lens（ ICL）/ a- stigmatism posterior chamber intraocular lens （TICL） in patients with high myopia. Methods Seventy-seven people （ 153 eyes） with high myopia received ICL/TICL implantations. The visual acuity, slit lamp, ophthalmoscope and intraocular pressure were examined after 1 day, 1 week, 1 month ,3 months and 6 months of operation. The retinoscopy was also performed after 1 month of implantation. Results All the 153 eyes successfully received the ICL/TICL implantation. After operation, no obvious complication was found in 144 eyes （94. 12% ）. After 1 week of implantation,the mean visual acuity of all the eyes was 0. 83± 0. 15. There was no statistically significant difference between preoperative corrected visual acuity and postoperative uncorrected visual acuity. Conclusion ICL/TICL implanta- tion is an effective and safe treatment for patients with high myopia.
