特利加压素联合奥曲肽治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察特利加压素联合奥曲肽治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效。方法将我院2010年1月～2014年5月期间收治的肝硬化伴中/重度食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血100例分为特利加压素联合奥曲肽组（观察组）和奥曲肽组（对照组）,比较两组的治疗效果。结果特利加压素联合奥曲肽组12、24、72 h止血率（69.39%、89.80%、93.88%）高于奥曲肽组（49.02%、74.51%、80.39%）,特利加压素联合奥曲肽组平均止血时间（5.4±1.2）h,明显短于奥曲肽组（12.2±1.3）h,差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）。两组再出血率、不良反应发生率比较无显著差异。结论特利加压素联合奥曲肽治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血具有高效、安全、简便等特点,是理想的治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的方法。Objective To observe the curative effect of trey vasopressin joint octreotide in treatment of esophageal gastric varices rupture hemorrhage. Methods 100 cases with cirrhosis of the liver with the Moderate/severe esophageal gastric varices rupture hemorrhage from January 2010 and May 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into treyvasopressin combined the octreotide group（observation group） and the octreotide group（control group）,the curative effect was analyzed. Results Trey vasopressin combined the octreotide group in 12,24 and 72 hours of hemostatic rate（69.39%,89.80%,93.88%） were less than the octreotide group（49.02%,74.51%,80.39%）,the average hemostasis time of vasopressin combined the octreotide group was（5.4±1.2） hours,shorter than the octreotide group（12.2±1.3） hours（P 0.05）.Bleeding rate,adverse reactions had no differences between two groups. Conclusion Trey vasopressin joint octreotide intreatment of ruptured esophageal gastric varices bleeding is simple and easy,and is efficient,is safe,and is an ideal method of treatment for ruptured esophageal gastric varices bleeding.
