摘　　要：首都医科大学附属北京地坛医院传染病学研究所在制定实验记录规范的基础上,对研究生实验记录进行"开始培训,过程监督和最后建档"管理。这些措施对于研究生形成良好的科研习惯,从源头上预防学术不端行为的产生,加强研究所科研平台建设等方面均起到举足轻重的作用。On the basis of formulating the standards of experimental records, the Institute of Infectious Diseases in Beijing Ditan Hospital of Capital Medical University developed skills of graduate students on experimental records by first training, then supervising, finally documentation. These measures played an important role in the development of a good scientific habits for the graduate students, prevention of academic misconducts from the source and construction of the research platform in the institute.
