摘　　要：在知识经济背景下,知识创新的有效实施成为企业生存和发展的重要因素,对知识创新绩效进行全面而准确测度是创新调控与改进的基础前提。针对传统相关研究仅聚焦"知识创新"这一知识链节点做孤立分析的问题与不足,以系统的思维、开阔的视野,基于知识链上知识创新相关活动,分析并设计了知识创新绩效评价指标体系,讨论了相关评分策略,设计了RS与CV相整合的权重配置方法,进而提出了知识创新绩效模糊综合测度方案。Under the background of knowledge economy, the implementation of the knowledge innovation has become an important factor for enterprise survival and development. In view of the enterprise knowledge innovation process, this paper analyzes and designs the knowledge innovation performance measurement index system, expounds the method of using the theory of rough sets （ RS ） integrated with coefficient of variance （ CV）, and proposes a measurement method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to achieve the knowledge innovation. At last, the feasibility and rationality of the method are tested by numerical examples ; the result has a great value of improving enterprise knowledge innovation activities.
