摘  要:某款A级轿车在研发过程中,经过悬置调校后,怠速开空调工况下方向盘振动仍不达标。针对该问题,进行怠速振动分解试验,初步判定发动机冷却风扇转频对方向盘振动有较大的贡献。通过分别查找激励源、主要传递路径及响应点等原因,得出优化冷却风扇减振垫隔振性能是一个重要方向,针对隔振不足重新优化了减振垫,试验结果表明优化后的减振垫具有良好的隔振性能,怠速方向盘振动也达到设定的目标值。In the process of development of a Class-A car, after the calibration of the mount system, the vibration of thesteering wheel was still found to be overlarge under the idle condition when the air conditioning was switched on. Aiming atthis problem, the idle vibration decomposition test was done. It was found that the rotation frequency of the engine coolingfan had a large contribution to the steering wheel vibration. By searching the excitation source, the main transfer path and theresponse points, it was concluded that the vibration isolation optimization of the cooling fan is an important measure for thevibration reduction. Then, a new set of damping pad was designed and tested. The test results show that the new dampingpad has a good vibration isolation performance, and the vibration of steering wheel can reach the standard under thecondition of engine idle.
