摘  要:[目的]探讨品管圈活动在口腔门诊护理质量持续改进中的应用方法和效果。[方法]在合肥市某口腔专科医院的11个科室随机选择5个科室开展品管圈活动,对比品管圈活动开展前后病人满意度水平、护士综合素质评分和护理质量得分变化情况。[结果]品管圈活动结束后病人满意度得分较活动开展前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护士综合素质评分以及护理质量的专科护理、护理管理、消毒隔离、护理安全、临床教学5个维度得分均高于活动前(P<0.05)。[结论]开展品管圈活动能有效提升护理人员综合素质和病人满意度,有效促进口腔门诊护理质量的持续改进。Obj ective:To probe into application method and effect of quality control circle in nursing quality continuous improvement in dental clinic. Methods:Five departments from 1 1 departments in an oral specialist hospi-tal in Hefei were selected randomly,and the quality control circle was car-ried out for them.The patients’satisfaction levels,the comprehensive quali-ty of nurses and changes of nursing quality score were compared before and after implementation of the quality control circle.Results:After the quality control circle activity,the patients ’ satisfaction score significantly in-creased,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05),the compre-hensive quality score of nurses and five dimension scores including quality of care nurse,disinfection and isolation,nursing management,nursing safe-ty,clinical teaching were significantly higher than before(P〈0.05).Con-clusion:To carry out quality control circle activity could improve compre-hensive quality of nurses and patients’satisfaction,promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality in dental clinic effectively.
