摘　　要：物资配送管理是供应链管理中最重要的部分之一,也是现代物流管理系统中至关重要的环节,在企业绩效评估中占有重要的地位,是影响生产类企业绩效的最显著最直接的因素。物流也是企业的"第三利润源泉"。随着国民经济的发展,我国的物资配送系统也得到了不断地发展和完善,越来越多的实践经验也说明,物资配送的科学合理化能够给企业带来巨大的利益。Distribution management of materials is one of the most important parts of supply chain management. Also it is one of the important parts of modern logistics management system which is the factor that affect the business performance of companies most directly and significantly. Logistics add more profit to companies. As the economy of our country is developing rapidly, the distribution management of materials in our country developed a lot correspondingly. This brought a large sum of additional profit to the companies.
