摘　　要：化疗是肿瘤治疗的重要手段之一,然而化疗导致的骨髓抑制,特别是化疗引起的血小板减低,临床上仍尚无理想的治疗方法。因此,对化疗相关血小板减低的研究仍是一个热点。本文对近些年国内外有关治疗化疗引起血小板减低的治疗现状和新进展进行综述。Chemotherapy is an important means of cancer treatment. However, there is still no ideal clinical treatment about chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression, especially, chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia. Therefore, the research of chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia is still a focus. In this paper, at home and abroad in recent years about the treatment of chemotherapy induced thrombocytopenia in treatment status and progress were reviewed.
