摘　　要：学术期刊编辑人员的素质,直接影响到期刊的质量和整体水平。作为高职院校学术期刊的编辑人员,必须不断加强学习和继续教育,提升包括政治素质和业务素质在内的各方面综合素质,才能适应新时期对学术期刊编辑的要求,最终实现学术期刊整体水平的提高,从而更好地为学院的科研工作和地方经济建设服务。The quality of academic journal editors directly affects the quality and the overall level of the journal. As academic journal editors in higher vocational college, we must constantly strengthen learning and further education, improve the comprehensive quality of all aspects, including political quality and professional quality, in order to adapt to the requirements of academic journal editors in the new period, achieve the final goal of improving the academic journals＇ overall level, and better serve the college＇s scientific research and the local economic construction.
