局部应用唑来膦酸在Onlay植骨中的组织学研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨局部应用唑来膦酸(zoledronic acid,ZA)在Onlay植骨中的组织学变化。方法:健康雄性新西兰兔10只,依照观察时间的不同随机分为2组,每组5只。将相同大小自体胫骨(10mm×5mm×2mm)按随机对照原则植入双侧下颌骨,实验组:自体胫骨+钛钉+载唑来膦酸胶原膜;对照组:自体胫骨+钛钉+空载胶原膜,分别于术后8周、12周时各处死动物5只。将离体标本通过HE染色和Masson三色染色进行组织学观察。结果:实验组和对照组均可见新生骨组织形成,但同一观察时期实验组新生骨小梁数量和体积均优于对照组。结论:唑来膦酸局部应用在onlay植骨术中,可抑制移植骨吸收,维持骨增量。Objective：To histologically study the local application of zoledronic acid（ZA） in onlay bone graft.Methods： 10 male rabbits were randomly divided into two observation time groups（n = 5）. The same size autologous tibias（10mm × 5mm × 2mm） were implanted in each side of mandibles at random. In experimental side the autologous tibia was covered with zoladronic-acid-loaded collagen membrane;while in control side the autologous tibia was covered with bare collagen membrane. Rabbis were killed 8 or 12 weeks after operation.The specimens were examined with HE staining and Masson staining. Results： New bone formation was seen in both experimental and control sides;however, the number and volume of trabeculae of the experimental sides were more obvious than those of the control sides at the same observation time points. Conclusions： Local application of zoledronic acid in onlay bone graft could inhibit bone resorption and maintain bone augmentation.
