摘  要:为了解四川毛木耳主栽区发菌棚内外的细菌数量和主要种类,在四川省毛木耳主栽区的接种季节,对毛木耳发菌棚内外空气中24 h的细菌数量进行检测,并分析了其与棚内外空气温度和湿度的关系。凌晨1:00-5:00时间段中空气细菌数量较小,而影响检测时间内细菌数量的主要因素是空气湿度。对分离所得细菌进行鉴定,结果表明,检测时间内空气中主要的细菌属于芽孢杆菌属。因此,发菌棚内外的空气细菌数量具有较强的时间性,种类则以芽孢杆菌为主。In order to study the content and species of bacterium inside and outside culture room,in the main Auricularia polyoicha plmtation of Sichuan province,the bacterium content in air was tested inside and outside cuhure room in 24 hours at the time of inoculating.Conelation analysis of bacterium content in air with temperature and humidity showed that the latter was the main factor.And the period of minimum bacterium content was from 1:00 to 5:00.Identification of bacterium showed that moet of them were Bacillus.The results showed that content of bacterium inside and outside culture room with strong timeliness,and most of them were Bacillus.
