摘  要:试验通过Wistar大鼠灌胃受试物水浸提物35 d后采血牺牲,分离血清测定总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)的含量,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)的活性;3种受试物不同剂量组试验大鼠血清中的TC、TG、AST、ALT有所降低,表明3种处理都具有促进脂肪消化的功能,防止脂肪在血管内和肝脏中沉积,起到预防脂肪肝和动脉粥样硬化的作用。用RT-PCR法检测试验大鼠肝脏细胞中IGF-I的表达量,以此来探讨这3种受试物对高脂饮食诱发的大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝中IGF-I基因表达的影响,并得出普洱茶(熟茶)茶粉、黑茶茶粉、六堡茶对IGF-I在非酒精性脂肪肝中的基因表达具有不同程度的积极作用,但六堡茶的作用最显著。Serum levels of TC,TG,ALT and AST were tested with ram which were sacdficed sfter feeding 35 days.The resuhs showed that serum leve1s of TC,TG,ALT and AST were decrsed of differmt dose groups.three kinds tea could promote fat digestion,prevent fat deposition in the blood vessels and liver,and also have the effect of preventing fatty liver disease and athemsclemsis.Using RT-PCR method for testing IGF-Ⅰ expression quantity in Hyperlipidemia Model Rats cells,Fermmted Pu-erh tea powder,Dark tea powder and Liupu tea had different degrees of podtive effect to the expression of hepatocym cytochnme IGF-Ⅰ in rat nmalcohoc steatods model,and Liupu tea had the most obvious effect.
