摘　　要：高校运动队作为一个特殊的群体,其思想政治工作具有极强的生命周期性规律。在生命周期视角下根据高校运动队思想政治工作的生命周期概念提出启蒙、磨练、发展和提高四个阶段的划分,并依据其周期性阶段特征提出相应对策,以期开创高校运动队思想政治工作的新局面。College sports team, as a special group, whose ideological and political work possesses a strong law of life cycle. From the perspective of life cycle, this paper presents the partition of the four stages of enlightenment, ordeal, development and improvement based on the concept of life cycle of the ideological and political work for college sports teams. According to the features of each stage, countermeasures are given, hoping to create a new situation of ideological and political work for college sports teams.
