金花茶芽苗砧嫁接除萌研究

摘　　要：[目的]金花茶在产区抽梢期为秋季,根据其生长特性,探索金花茶芽苗砧嫁接除萌的最佳时间。[方法]试验设4个处理,重复3次。[结果]以嫁接定植75 d剪除砧木萌芽时留叶2片待30 d再剪除全部砧木萌芽的处理为佳,其平均保存率是82.05%,显著高于嫁接定植90 d、嫁接定植60 d剪除砧木萌芽全部的2个处理,其平均值分别高于33.35%、45.45%;其次是嫁接定植75 d剪除砧木萌芽全部的处理为好,其平均保存率为76.07%,显著高于嫁接定植90、60 d剪除砧木萌芽全部的2个处理,其平均值分别高于23.63%、34.85%;从平均抽梢率看,以嫁接定植75 d剪除砧木萌芽时留叶2片待30 d再剪除全部砧木萌芽的处理为好,其平均值为49.81%,显著高于嫁接定植90、60 d剪除砧木萌芽全部的2个处理。[结论]从嫁接苗成活的保存率、抽梢率分析,以嫁接定植75 d剪除砧木萌芽时留叶2片待30 d再剪除全部砧木萌芽的处理为佳。Objective]Camellia’s period of having new shoot extraction was autumn in the region. According to the growth characteristics of camellia, the best time to remove bud of seedling after grafting was probed. [Method] This test set up four treatments, and the treatments were repeated three times. [Result] The best treatment was to reservate two leaves at 75 days after grafting planting, and then cut off all the rootstock rootstock bud sprout at 30 days. The average saving rate was 82.05% ,which significantly higher than the treatments which cutting off the rootstock seeds 90 days and 60 days after grafting of 33.35%and 45.45%.The followed treatment was to cut off all processing grafting rootstock bud at 75 days after planting, with the average saving rate was 76.07%,and significantly higher than the treatments which cut off the rootstock grafted planting seeds at 90 days and 60 days of 23.63% and 34.85%. Taking view of average germination rate, the treatment to reservate two leaves at 75 days after grafting planting ,and then cut off all the rootstock bud sprout at 30 days was the best ,with average germination rate of 49.81% ,and was better than other treatments . [Conclusion] Taking from the analysis on grafted preservation survival rate and sprouting rate, the best treatment was to reservate two leaves 75 days after grafting planting , and then to cut off all rootstocks budding at 30 days.
