摘　　要：海尔文化的核心内容,包括敬业报国的价值观、持续创新的发展观、顾客至上的服务观、细节致胜的成败观。这种先进企业文化,其价值不仅仅在于企业本身,对其他单位也具有普遍的学习借鉴意义。笔者所在疗养院学习借鉴海尔文化,疗养院全面建设取得快速发展。The core contents of Haier culture are as follows： the values of loving work and repaying the state, the concept of the development of continuous innovation, the service concept of customer first, the concept of the details determining success or failure. The value of this advanced culture is not only in the enterprise itself, also an good example for other unit learning from. In recent years, our sanatorium extensively learn from Haier culture, achieved rapid development of sanatorium construction.
