摘 要:[目的]研究层层组装那他霉素(NA)微胶囊的释放速率对抗光解性能的影响。[方法]采用抑菌圈法测定微胶囊的抗光解性能,HPLC法测定NA在水中的释放速率。[结果]3、7、11层和固化11层组装体的释放速率T10分别较NA原药降低0.47、1.17、1.79、2.81倍;在紫外光下,它们的相对活性下降50%的时间分别为38.24、58.95、67.47、75.26 min,较NA原药分别提高1.0、2.1、2.5、3.0倍。[结论]随着微胶囊组装层数的增加,组装体的释放速率显著下降,微胶囊的抗光解性能也明显提高。[Aims] Effects of release rate of natamycin(NA) microcapsules(MCs) prepared by layer-by-layer assembly(Lb L)on anti-photolysis performance were studied. [Methods] The anti-photolysis performance of the MCs was determined with inhibition zone, and NA release rate of MCs was analyzed in the water by HPLC. [Results] The release rates T10 of three layer, seven layer, eleven layer, crosslinking eleven layer assemblies were respectively decreased by 0.47, 1.17, 1.79 and 2.81 times than that of uncoated NA. The times for relative activity of MCs decreased by 50% under UV were 38.24, 58.95, 67.47, 75.26 min, respectively, which increased by 1.0, 2.1, 2.5, 3.0 times compared with uncoated NA. [Conclusions] With an increase of layer number for MCs, the release rate of the assemblies declines magnificently, meanwhile, the anti-photolysis performance of MCs improve obviously.
