机械电子专业应用技术型工程师培养的研究

摘　　要：应用技术型人才的培养是特色应用型人才培养的一种模式。以机械电子专业应用技术型人才培养为例,从培养定位、人才培养体系、课程设置、能力递增性实践环节、校企合作、教师培养等方面进行探索与实践,构建了以应用技术、实践能力为主线的机械电子专业人才培养模式。通过该培养模式使学生成为理论扎实、应用技术与技能强、实践动手能力强的应用型人才。Training of technical talents is a special mode of training applied talents. Based on the mechanical and electronic professional applied talents training as an example, to explore and practice from the aspects of training, training system, curriculum setup,capacity increasing practice, school enterprise cooperation, training of teachers, the training mode construction machinery electronic professional talents with applied technology, practical ability as the main line. Through the training mode to enable students to have a solid theoretical knowledge, technology and skills, practical application of talent ability.
