摘 要:针对三维磁场下的横向磁通永磁直线电机定子铁心损耗和永磁体涡流损耗展开研究,首先给出了电机空载时的三维磁场分布图及各点的磁密波形变化规律,分析在匀速运动下速度大小、负载电流大小以及电流超前与滞后控制方式对电机定子铁心损耗的影响;其次给出了横向磁通永磁直线电机三维涡流场的数学模型,通过有限元数值计算分析空载、负载两种情况下涡流损耗随速度的变化规律;最后搭建了电机铁心损耗实验平台,通过样机空载实验与数值计算结果对比,验证铁心损耗数值计算的合理性。The stator core loss and eddy current loss was investigated in permanent magnet for the transverse flux permanent magnet linear motor( PMLM). Firstly,the stator core loss was investigated in the three-dimensional magnetic field,and the no-load three-dimensional field map and each point of the magnetic density waveform changes were provided,and the influence of the speed,current and the lagging /leading current control on the stator core loss were discussed. Secondly,The 3D eddy current field mathematical model of transverse flux PMLM was developed,and the eddy current loss was caculated in permanent magnet of the transverse flux PMLM in the mode of no-load and load. Finally,the test platform of core loss in prototype was developed. In order to verify the accuracy of calculation,the core loss measurement is designed and the comparison results are analyzed.
