摘  要:为了克服新能源电力对电网产生的影响,传统的火电机组必须提升其快速变负荷能力。在对汽轮机及回热系统特性研究的基础上,提出了一种改进的凝结水节流方案。为了实现对凝结水节流系统的高效、安全控制,通过对凝结水节流系统的特性分析并经过一定的简化,建立1000MW火电机组凝结水节流系统非线性动态模型,根据模型结构并结合实验数据对模型参数进行辨识。通过对模型输出与机组实际输出的对比验证中可以看出,模型的响应与机组实际输出完全一致,具有很好的仿真精度,该模型可以应用于凝结水节流系统的控制优化。Improving the load adjustment rate of coal-fired power plants in China is very im-portant because of grid load fluctuation and the connection of new large-scale energy power plantsto the country's power grid. In this research, a new application of a condensate throttling systemused for rapid load adjustment was proposed. To ensure the effective and safety operation of con-densate throttling system, a nonlinear control model was derived by fundamental physical lawsthrough reasonable simplifications based on the working mechanism of a condensate throttlingsystem and the model parameters were identified using the experiment data from a 660 MW su-percritical coal-fired power plant. The comparisons were conducted between the model output andthe measured data. Results show that the established model responses strongly conform to the ac-tual unit responses and can be used for controller design.
