摘　　要：通过对大型养路机械发动机的润滑油进行采样,并对其铁谱图像进行处理与统计分析,实现对发动机故障的诊断。实践表明,铁谱技术是用于研究磨损机理和监控机器磨损状况的一种极为有效的监测手段。With sampling lubricants of large maintenance machinery engine and analyzing its ferrography image, a method of diagnosis on the engine failure was put forward. Practice verified that the ferrography-based analysis technology was a very effective means to study mechanism wear and monitor wear condition of the machine.
