PCT、CRP及CPIS与脑卒中相关性肺炎的关联性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)与脑卒中相关性肺炎的相关性。方法选择144例脑卒中相关性肺炎患者作为SAP组,单纯脑卒中患者144例作为对照组。入院后测定每位患者PCT、CRP及CPIS,分析2组PCT、CRP水平与CPIS的相关性。结果 SAP组PCT、CRP水平及CPIS均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),PCT与CPIS呈正相关。结论 PCT、CRP及CPIS与脑卒中相关性肺炎疾具有明显的相关性,可以作为预测发生脑卒中相关性肺炎的参考指标,PCT、CPIS越高,临床症状越重。Objective It is to study the correlation of procalcitonin（PCT）,C -reactive protein｜（CRP）, clinical pulmonary infection score（CPIS） with stroke-associated pneumonia（SAP）.Methods 144 SAP patients were selected as SAP group and 144 stroke without pneumonia patients were selected as control group.PCT, CRP were determined and CPIS were evaluated in every patient after in hospital.The correlations of PCT, CRP and CPIS were analyzed in both groups.Results The levels of PCT ,CRP and CPIS in the SAP group were obviously higher than those in the control group.PCT was positively correlated with CPIS.Conclusion PCT,CRP and CPIS were closely related with SAP , and could be used as the predictors of SAP.The higher lever of PCT and CPIS, the worse of the clinical symptoms of SAP.
