摘  要:应用Gleeble-3500热/力模拟试验机研究了耐硫酸露点腐蚀钢热轧边裂机理。在连铸过程中,板坯边角部温度会在降低至某一温度后,再次返温升高。模拟表明,这样的一个温度变化过程,会使得材料塑性发生超大幅度下降。以这种超低塑性状态进入弯曲矫直阶段的板坯边角部,会在拉伸应变的作用下产生出裂纹,并最终在轧制过程中表现为边裂。同时提出了避免边裂的措施以及检测钢材是否具有边裂倾向的试验方法。The mechanism of edge crack on sulfuric acid dew-point corrosion resistance steel plate in hot rolling is researched with Gleeble-3500 thermal/mechanical simulator.In continuous casting, the tempera-ture of edge corner part of slab would rises again after lowered to some value.The simulation shows that such a temperature change procedure would make the plasticity of material worse to an extremely large extent.Un-der this condition, cracks would appear in edge corner part of slab under the action of tension strain, when slab enters into the bending straightening stage, and at last the edge crack is brought about in rolling.The measures to avoid the edge crack are proposed as well as the test way to exam if the steels have a trend of edge crack.
