摘　　要：目的:探讨肿瘤标志物CA153、CA125检验在肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2011年6月-2014年6月收治的120例肺癌患者作为研究组,另选取同期收治的120例肺部良性病变患者作为对照组,运用电化学发光法检测并比较两组患者血清CA153、CA125水平。结果:研究组的血清CA153、CA125检测水平异常率分别为54.17%、81.17%,均明显高于对照组的13.33%、16.67%(P<0.05);CA153联合CA125检测的灵敏度和正确诊断指数均高于单一的CA153、CA125检测(P<0.05);鳞癌患者的血清CA125水平明显高于腺癌、小细胞癌,且腺癌患者明显高于小细胞癌(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤标志物CA153、CA125联合检验对肺癌有较高的诊断价值,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the application value of tumor markers CA153,CA125 test in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Method：120 patients with lung cancer in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2014 were selected as the research group,and 120 patients with benign lung disease admitted during the same period were selected as the control group,the serum CA153,CA125 levels of the two groups were tested and compared through the electrochemical luminescence method.Result：The abnormal rate of serum CA153,CA125 levels of the research group were 54.17%and 81.17%,which were significantly higher than 13.33%and 16.67%of the control group（P〈0.05）.The sensitivity and correct diagnosis index of CA153 combined with CA125 detection were all significantly higher than those of the single CA153,CA125 detection（P〈0.05）.The level of serum CA125 of patients with squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that of patients with adenocarcinoma and small cell carcinoma,and the adenocarcinoma patients was significantly higher than that of patients with small cell carcinoma（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Tumor markers CA153,CA125 joint inspection is of high value in diagnosis of lung cancer,it is worthy of clinical application.
