浅析盐酸羟考酮缓释片直肠给药治疗癌性疼痛的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察使用盐酸羟考酮缓释片直肠给药对癌性疼痛治疗的临床疗效及副反应。方法:选取笔者所在医院2010年4月-2013年2月收治的60例癌症伴有中、重度疼痛患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组各30例,两组患者均给予盐酸羟考酮缓释片进行治疗,试验组采用直肠给药,对照组采用口服给药,观察比较两组患者用药后各时点的NRS评分、疼痛缓解情况及副反应情况。结果:两组用药后1 h、3 h、1 d、1周、2周的NRS评分及疼痛缓解有效率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组中Ⅱ度以上恶心呕吐发生率10.00%、便秘发生率20.00%及嗜睡发生率10.00%均明显低于对照组的40.00%、43.33%、33.33%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对癌性疼痛患者使用盐酸羟考酮缓释片经直肠途径给药治疗,比口服给药,具有相同的镇痛效果,不良反应明显减少,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective：To observe the clinical effect and side effect of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets on cancer pain by rectally administered.Method：60 patients with moderate and severe cancer pain admitted to our hospital from April 2010 to February 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The two group were given Hydrochlorid Prolonged-release Tablets, the experimental group was given administered rectally,the control group was given administered orally,the NRS score of each time point,pain relief situation and adverse reactions between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：There were no statistically significant differences in the NRS score of two groups after medication at 1 h,3 h,1 day,1 week and 2 weeks and pain remission rate.In the experimental group,the incidence of nausea and vomiting in second degree or above was 10.00%,incidence of constipation was 20.00%,incidence of drowsiness was 10.00%,they were significantly lower than 40.00%,43.33%and 33.33%in control group group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The Hydrochlorid Prolonged-release Tablets administered rectally have the same analgesic effect as administered orally,but less side effects,it has a good clinical application value.
