摘 要:为获得与真实检测样品完全一致的含毒死蜱残留茶叶自然基体标准样品,建立了其制备方法。以每亩约31.2 g毒死蜱用药量对茶树喷洒0.22 g/L毒死蜱药液,监控检测施药后茶叶中毒死蜱含量,适时采茶,正常制茶,磨粉过网筛获得含毒死蜱残留茶粉样。经均匀性检验、稳定性检验、协同定值和不确定度评估,制得检测质量控制用含毒死蜱残留茶叶自然基体标准样品。In order to obtain quality control samples for analysis of chlorpyrifos residue in the tea which are consistent with real detection samples, a methodology was presented for preparing and certifying the tea natural matrix reference material containing chlorpyrifos. Chlorpyrifos was accessed to the tea plant by spraying with chlorpyrifosemulsion at a dosage of ca 0. 22 g/L, 31.2 g/mu. Daily monitoring detection were done after application of chlorpyrifos content in tea plant, and then picked at the appropriate moment, normally tea made, milled and screened through 120 mesh. The tea powder sample containingchlorpyrifos residuewas obtained. The homogeneity and stability of the sample was examined. The values of the chemical constituent of the samples were certified respectively through the collaborative analysis program, and the uncertainty assessment was performed.
