摘 要:为了解鄱阳湖湿地藜蒿的食用安全,采集了鄱阳湖湿地不同入湖河口区土壤及藜蒿样品,测定了土壤及藜蒿中Cd含量,并对其食用安全性进行了评价.经藜蒿与对应土壤样品中Cd含量比较发现,藜蒿对Cd具有较强富集能力,富集系数为0.95~2.54;转运系数结果显示Cd在藜蒿植株内易转运到地上部(茎叶),即居民采食部分,其迁移系数为1.34~5.47.通过对照国家食品(茎叶类蔬菜)安全标准,发现藜蒿地上部Cd含量平均超过食品标准值约13倍,故采食藜蒿存在较大安全隐患.To study the edible safety of Artemisia selengensis,the contents of Cd in Artemisia selengensis and corresponding soil samples collected from Poyang Lake's estuaries were surveyed. The results indicated that soil samples of four estuaries in Poyang Lake have been polluted by Cd. And Artemisia selengensis had a strong enrichment ability when the contents of Cd in Artemisia selengensis was compared with that in the soil samples,the enrichment indices were among 0. 95 and 2. 54,the transfer coefficients changed between 1. 34 and 5. 47,which showed that Cd uptaken by Artemisia selengensis can easily be transferred from roots to aboveground part which people take it as vegetable. According to The National Food Safety Standards,the contents of Cd in aboveground part of Artemisia selengensis was 13 times higher than the standard's value,which means a huge food safety threat to people who prefer it as vegetable.
