晚期胃癌患者癌组织人表皮生长因子受体-2蛋白表达及与生存时间的关系

摘　　要：目的:观察人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER-2/neu)蛋白表达在晚期胃癌患者不同情况下的分布及与患者生存时间的关系。方法:收集60例胃癌患者的临床资料和HER-2/neu免疫组化检测结果,分析HER-2/neu蛋白表达在不同性别、年龄、病理分型、癌变部位及转移器官数量胃癌患者中的阳性率,并比较HER-2/neu阳性、阴性患者的生存时间。结果:60例胃癌患者中HER-2/neu蛋白阳性者10例,阳性率为16.67%;不同性别及≤60岁和>60岁患者间HER-2/neu阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同癌变部位、不同病理分型和不同转移器官数量胃癌患者间HER-2/neu阳性表达率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。10例HER-2/neu蛋白阳性者中位生存期为2.89个月,而HER-2/neu蛋白阴性者中位生存期为11.9个月,生存时间>12个月者多于其总数的1/2(32例),生存时间>24个月者6例。HER-2/neu阴性胃癌患者预后显著好于HER-2/neu阳性胃癌患者。结论:胃癌患者HER-2/neu蛋白表达阳性,提示预后不佳。Objective：To observe the human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 （HER-2/neu）protein distri-bution in different situations in patients with advanced gastric cancer,the location and number of metastatic cancer patients were selected with gastric carcinoma organs and the relationship with the patient survival time.Method：60 cases of clinical data and immunohistochemical results in gastric cancer patients HER-2/neu protein expression in different gender,age,pathological type,location and number of metastatic cancer patients with gastric cancer in or-gans positive rate were analyzed,and HER-2/neu positive and negative survival time of patients were compared.Re-sults：60 cases of gastric cancer patients with HER-2/neu protein were 10 cases,the positive rate was 16.67%;10 cases of HER-2/neu protein-positive patients with a median survival time of three months,and HER-2/neu protein negative the median survival time was 1 1 .9 months;survival 1 2 months more than half the total number of persons （32 cases）,the survival of six cases of 24 months,the prognosis was significantly better than the HER-2/neu-posi-tive patients with gastric cancer.HER-2/neu expression in ≤ 60 years and〉 60 years old male and female patients were no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：HER-2/neu protein positive expression shows a poor progno-sis in patients with gastric cancer.
