摘　　要：肝衰竭是临床的急危重症之一,病死率极高,治疗非常棘手。本文从肝衰竭的病因病机、辨证分型、辨证论治等方面综述了近现代中医、中西医结合学者对肝衰竭的新的认识,以便更好地运用中医药对其进行防治。Liver failure is one of the emergency, intensive, refractory and high mortality diseases in the clinic. In order to treat liver failure with traditional Chinese medicine more reasonable, this review summarizes the new cognition in etiology, pathogene- sis,syndrome differentiation and treatment based on syndrome differentiation of liver failure in traditional Chinese medicine of medical science workers in recent years.
